HUAWEI FreeArc is ergonomically crafted for a secure fit, as Huawei's first open-ear earbuds with earhooks, with graceful curves and a breathable and comfortable listening experience.

C-Bridge Design

The earbuds' C-bridge design is based on ergonomic analysis of over 10,000 auricle curves,[4] and painstakingly optimised to ensure that it is as comfortable to wear as it is captivating to listen on.

Ultra-Thin Shape-Memory Alloy

HUAWEI FreeArc is made of a 0.7 mm high-performance Ni-Ti alloy, which offers tried-and-tested durability,[5] and a seamlessly flexible form that adapts to various shapes of ears.

Skin-Friendly Liquid Silicone

The lightweight earbuds are 81.5% covered by soft liquid silicone4 and certified by SGS Smart Green Medal Certification, remaining comfortable to wear over the long haul.

  • 1.Test results come from Huawei lab tests, and are based on the ear model database. Actual wearing experience may vary depending on the shape of the wearer's ear.
  • 2.IP57 dust- and water-resistance is only applicable to the earbuds themselves, not the charging case. This device is splash, dust, and water resistant in normal conditions. It has been tested under controlled laboratory conditions and received an IP57 rating under the IEC standard 60529. Splash, water, and dust resistance may deteriorate over time with normal use. Avoid charging the device in damp environments. Liquid damage is not covered under the warranty. Wipe the earbuds (especially the charging contacts) dry soon⁠ after exercise and before placing them in the charging case. If any water enters the earbuds, place them in a dry, well-ventilated place for at least 96 hours, and let them dry out before continuing to use them, in order to ensure that they remain in good working order. IP57 rating means that the device is protected against harmful ingress of static water at up to 1 metre for up to 30 minutes under certain controlled test conditions, and when the temperature difference between the water and device is no more than 5°C.

    1. During checkout, select “Click & Collect” and select your preferred store.

    2. After your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement email with your order number.

    3. Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email to inform you that your order is “Ready for collection”. If you want to use "Contactless Click & Collect" select this option on this email.

    4. Bring your order number to the store you selected for Click & Collect, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.

    5. Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.

    6. If availing of Contactless Click & Collect, please click the link in your email “ready to pick up” to let the store know you are on your way. When you have parked in the designated parking bay, open your email, and choose the “I’m here” option and a member of staff will bring your purchase out to your car.
