Android Only: Out of Range Alerts
Get a reminder you left something behind before things go sideways. Chipolo patented alerts are like a tiny memory fairy, whispering “Hey, did you leave your keys behind?“ before things go sideways (iPhone users, you can find this magic in your Find My app).

Waterproof and dust-tight. Can withstand immersion in up to 1 m of fresh water for up to 30 minutes.
Battery: Rechargeable (USB-C)
The battery lasts up to 6 months on a single charge. USB-C charger is not included. Charger output 5 V DC, min 1 W. Before use, fully charge the device with a USB-C cable. The LED light will pulse while charging and stay lit when it’s charged.

iOS
Works with the Apple Find My app. Your device must be running iOS 14.5 or later. To use the Apple Find My app to locate this item, the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended. The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.
Android
Works with the Find Hub app on Android phones or tablets running Android 9+ with Google Play Services installed, and in certain countries for age-eligible users. The Find Hub network requires location services and Bluetooth to be turned on, and cell service or an internet connection.
Chipolo Companion App
Extra finding features and settings are available in the free Chipolo app on both iPhones and Android devices.

Free Click & Collect In Store
Can’t wait for delivery or don’t want to pay additional delivery charges? It’s incredibly simple to collect your online order in store and get your hands on your product quickly and easily. Simply select the Click & Collect option and head to your nearest Harvey Norman store to collect your order.
During checkout, select “Click & Collect” and select your preferred store.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement email with your order number.
Once the store has confirmed your order and reserved the stock, you will receive an email to inform you that your order is “Ready for collection”. If you want to use "Contactless Click & Collect" select this option on this email.
Bring your order number to the store you selected for Click & Collect, along with photo ID and the credit card you used to make the order.
Speak to one of our staff and your order should be processed in minutes.
If availing of Contactless Click & Collect, please click the link in your email “ready to pick up” to let the store know you are on your way. When you have parked in the designated parking bay, open your email, and choose the “I’m here” option and a member of staff will bring your purchase out to your car.
