Warranty services are offered free of charge, provided the device and issue are covered by Apple Limited Warranty or an AppleCare plan. Our full suite of solutions is available as warranty services, as well as chargeable non-warranty services. If your issue falls outside of the scope of your warranty, our team will provide a quotation for the solution you need.
Quotation
Regardless of your warranty status, our process remains the same. All devices are inspected and diagnosed in accordance with Apple’s official service documentation.
Assessment
Once it is determined that the issue is not covered by warranty, a quotation will be issued. If the quotation is accepted, the service will continue as normal. If the quotation is declined, a diagnostics fee will be required.
