Perfect for houses with pets
Main reason for buying this product was due to purchase of new light coloured fabric sofa and as i have a large GSD this would be perfect for keeping it clean over the winter months. So far i have only used it for small carpet cleaning areas for when dog/cat has been sick or for spills on carpet plus cleaning the stair carpet. Would also be ideal for car valeting with it being lightweight.
Its easy to use, light enough for carrying around and perfect for smalls clean up jobs. Would continue to use my upright cleaner for general large carpet cleaning jobs. Definitely recommend this product for small cleaning jobs

Does the job!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few stains on the carpet courtesy of the dog that I have been unable to clean using products from the supermarket. I used the stainstriker on these and they are all gone! It even removed chewing gum that has been stuck on my hall carpet for some time. It was really easy to use you just fill the tanks and go and it has several different attachments to use depending on what you need to clean. The suction was really powerful and you can actually see the solution being sucked up the attachment. I can’t wait to use it on the car. The only down side is that the areas I have cleaned are now cleaner than the rest of the carpet.

Perfect puppy pal
The perfect puppy companion, a must have for toilet training. We use Shark products for all of our cleaning needs so when the time came for us to buy a spot cleaning product we were more than happy to invest in sharks newest product.
The compact form factor and pet stain tool helps us to quickly deal with day to day accidents, whilst the wide attachment means we can clean our carpeted bedroom with ease.
Not having room for a full size upright carpet cleaner we thought we’d be restricted.
(It goes where the dog goes now)
The only way to improve on this is for shark to make a cordless one

Excellent cleaner. Amazing how much dirt it pulls out of the carpets. Very easy to use and empty. Came with different attachment heads for cleaning. Great for the stairs. Easy to use and drys quickly. We have a puppy and I’m impressed by the shampoo for pets, smells like a posh hotel.You get 2 free bottles of cleaner in the box which was a nice surprise but I also bought the larger sizes. I have a shark vacuum cleaner, so I was drawn more to this cleaner, as I knew it would be the best on the market.

Try it, it works.
I read all the reviews before I bought this, and due to it having the pet attachment and me having 2 dogs, one of which is still a pup, I decided I needed this little machine. Oh boy am I glad I purchased it. The pet side of it is brilliant for those little accidents, and I also actually used it to clean individual segments of a small multicoloured rug in my hallway and it did a fantastic job brightening up and cleaning the lighter parts. The mixture smells good too and it sucks up enough moisture afterwards to almost dry the area. The optional brush/scrubbing tool is very handy too. With a little bit of elbow grease and the extra oxy multiplier clean is achieved.
All in all, it’s made life a little easier for a 64 year old disabled woman. Thank you.

Poor product for pet cleaning
I bought this product in february 2024 as we've had a new puppy who needed to be house trained. After shopping around this seemed like a sensible option to clean our carpets. Having used this for the last 4 months, along with the official StainStriker cleaner I can honestly tell you that this does not work. We have short carpets and have been using it almost instantly after an accident and my dog is still urinating indoors. The spray feature is lacklustre and the suction is pitiful - you could run over the cleaning solution with any of the attachments after spraying it a 1000 times and there would still be residue left behind. There have been times when I've used a full tank on a single stain and the next day urine smell is still present. If you're looking to buy a carpet cleaner for pet stains look elsewhere.

Will remove tough stains
Have used to remove stubborn stains from food, coffee, oil, make-up and miscellaneous mark. The included cleaning products to add to the stain remover work brilliantly. These along with the different attachments and powerful suction of the machine ensure an effective and efficient removal of stains, so well that now I have extremely clean patches in comparison to the rest of my carpet.
The only negative I have experienced and been unable to correct is the leaking of water from the machine whilst in action. This has resulted in damp patches on the flooring whilst in use. I have chosen to place the machine on a tray to catch the escaping water, however, unsure if this is just my model presenting with this or if it is a common problem. For its effectiveness I have given 3 stars but due to the noise level and excess water I can’t award it any more.

Amazing little Spot Cleaner
Had been looking for a Spot Cleaner and this one was on offer so thought I’d give it a go…I wish I’d bought one sooner, it’s amazing. We moved house a month ago and have a confused little pup who keeps peeing on the carpet in the lounge. This thing sucks it up completely and then the stain striker solutions remove any evidence of a mess completely and is really easy to take apart and empty afterwards. I'm definitely impressed and would highly recommend this machine to anyone looking for a handy spot cleaner. If they were to do a cordless one that would be even better; if they did I'd definitely get one of those too. You 100% won't regret buying one of these.
