Perfect for Home Offices
This is my second Aeno Premium Eco Smart Heater. The first is in my own office, and now I’ve bought another for my wife’s office. Both have been excellent.
I love how easy it is to set up schedules (I even used ChatGPT to fine-tune mine), so my office is perfectly warm when I need it, and just warm enough when I’m not there to stop it getting too cold and keep humidity low.
Energy efficiency was a big concern for me, but I’ve found it doesn’t cause any noticeable spike in electricity bills. The slim design, quiet operation, and smart features make it a great buy.

Very bad heater !!!
I don't know why the other reviews are so good about this, but the heater won't heat much if your house is older and the room not as well insulated yet.
The best is to put him on the wall, as when the heater falls down it cracks into a thousand pieces easily. A replacement costs 50€ extra, even if you put the 50€ extra guarantee for protection on top.
It gives off very low heat. Maybe for a very well insulated home it's enough, but for older houses it's barely noticeable that this heater even heats up. The price is outrageous for what the heater can do.
I would stay away if you live in an older house.

Good infrared smart heater
Good infrared smart heater. Looks great and more efficient to run than a regular convection only heater.
This is a combined infrared and convection heater with most of the heat output being infrared. There is some convection heat and the glass surface gets quite hot but don't expect the same "type" of heat as say a 2kW convector heater. It may not feel like there's much heat "coming off it" but that's because it's mostly infrared. It heats objects (like yourself) in front of it it as opposed to the air above it (there is some convection/air heating from the hot glass surface).
Make sure it's positioned well with nothing blocking it. Suited to medium to smaller rooms. Most effective up to about 2.5/3 meters and, if you can, mount it on a wall at about sitting level (although the stand works well depending on your space). Best used in a well insulated room (this will not heat your garage).
Easy app set-up and app and Alexa integration work well. Went back and bought a second and will probably get a third.

Low Cost Heating
Id read reviews of the heater and how cost effective it is. The original price is significant but its a very good low cost long term solution. Excellent customer service also from the Harvey Norman Swords team

AENO Smart Heater
The AENO Smart Heater is an efficient heater with IoT features including smartphone control. It could be an economical and efficient alternative to heat pump and traditional oil boiler systems. Setup is very straightforward to provide flexible control from your smartphone. I set the temperature to 24 degrees and it heated the room from 17 degrees to 24 degrees in 10 minutes. I will continue to assess the AENO Smart Heater in therms of efficiency and economy.
