Good whilst it works
When we bought this we thought it was great but since then we've had the lid for the food processor break twice! The small plastic clips on it that slot into the jug part snap off easily meaning that you can't use it because once it's snapped it doesn't recognise the lid is on anymore and won't work
It's a shame because we're a big fan of ninja products and this one seems to be not fit for purpose
We replaced the lid the first time this happened and only 6 months later the exact same thing has broken again
Reading reviews from the spare parts you'll see that this is a common fault and difficult to find replacements

Broken bowl, no replacement
Great when it works. But the bowl broke in just over a year of use and Ninja haven’t stocked a replacement that entire time. It’s common issue where the base shears away because the screws that hold everything together are in plastic. Visit the specific product page for the food processor bowl and you’ll see the same issue again and again and no solution from ninja. It’s a shame. I can still use the blender attachment but thats like 1/5 of how i intended to use it.
What’s more annoying is the inability to purchase the replacement part. I could forgive a clear design flaw if it could be fixed! And no Ninja, I don’t want to call customer services and waste hours of my day.

Food processor not fit for purpose
I have had this 3 in 1 for 18months. I am on my second lid but that broke in the same way as the first one did. The plastic fitting snapped. My husband decided to super glue it the second time as the product was out of warranty. This worked fine but now the spindle when using the grater has stopped spinning and on investigation we have found the drive housing is held on with screws into plastic lugs which have all snapped off. Very disappointed in this plastic food processor bowl and lid. I have the 9 in 1, grill and soup maker, all superior to this inferior product.

POOR quality - obviously known to Ninja!! DONT BUY
Bought this less than 3 years ago, now out of warranty but like MANY MANY others on here, the gears on the bottom of the jug bowl have broken off, given this is the main part, it renders it pretty much useless to me. For the money you expect a lasting product. You can’t even buy the part, so a whole new set up it is if you want to replace. Loved it…whilst it worked.
POOR POOR show Ninja, you obviously know about this but don’t care that no-one can buy replacement. Guess you sell more units that way huh…

Don't buy... This is NOT a good product.
I've had the product for a little over a year. This was a replacement for the first one, which unusually lost a gear or something and started rattling.
The replacement worked well for a year, and then the food processor bowl broke. We've been using this properly, just check the reviews for the replacement bowl they have and you'll see the same problems.
The product will last you one year and then it's designed to break. Don't buy it, expensive for what you get.

Lid Malfunction and Replacement Difficulties
I received the Ninja Kitchen System BN800UK as a wedding gift just over a year ago, and I’ve only used it a handful of times. Unfortunately, during normal use, a small plastic piece broke off the lid, preventing it from locking properly and rendering the food processor unusable.
For the past six months, I have been unable to find a replacement lid, which has left me extremely disappointed as I haven't been able to use the product since. Given the limited use and the fact that this is a well-regarded product, I expected it to be more durable and for replacement parts to be readily available.

Overall product is ok
I would not say it will survive very long...but what does this days. Base does shake when I use Mix option which means I won’t even try to make a dough. Since this is my first food processor my expectations were maybe little too high, but I cannot complain. Overall design is really nice and compact but, for example, I do miss an option where you can regulate the thickness of the slices when chopping vegetables. Also, it goes on my nerves that I cannot registered and therefore get guaranties if I live in Ireland. That should be written somewhere because I would think twice about purchasing. I’ll be definitely smarter next time and that’s precisely why I wouldn’t recommend buying this food processor online.

Poor quality bowl lets it doiwn
Mechanism sheered away from the bottom of the food proxcessor bowl after about 6 months. Ninja seemingly refuse to restock the replacement bowls and my cynical side thinks this is so customers have to buy a whole new unit again. It worked brilliantly but not for long. It's a clear issue that many others have experienced and at this point Ninja are knowingly selling a faulty product.
