Superb, fresh coffee
A very clever coffee grind and brew machine. Makes delicious, fresh coffee from beans or ready ground, keeping the coffee hot for a second cup.
My only concern is that spares are available for long enough as the grinder/filter basket may wear with the twice a day use it is getting!

Good but....
I bought my original 22000 over a year ago, it lasted one brew. Russel Hobbs were unable to help with the issue I had and duly sent out another one. Great quiet coffee on demand, but here nearly a year later and I have the same problem. The permanent coffee filter has a small movable black piece of plastic which enables the water to filter through. Mine has broken, consequently the machine just flashes at me and does nothing else, which is a shame as I was absolutely delighted with the resulting coffee. I will however be replacing the filter for more delicious coffee. Perhaps a more robust stopper might be in the product design department.....fingers crossed.

Im very happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really happy with the Russell Hobbs Chester Grind & Brew. The coffee tastes great, the machine is easy to use, and having the built-in grinder makes such a difference. I love the fresh aroma every morning.
The assembly was really simple and straightforward, and the machine didn’t require much setup at all. I also appreciate that the footprint is quite reasonable — it fits nicely on the counter without taking up too much space. As for the noise, the grinder is a bit loud, but the brewing process itself is surprisingly quiet, so overall it doesn’t bother me.
Overall, I’m very satisfied and definitely feel it was a great choice.

Brilliant Coffee Machine
Would recommend this coffee machine. Obviously it depends on what beans you use, but I have found that any I do use work brilliantly with this easy to use machine. It's very straight forward to use, no messing about and works a treat. The only thing that I find quite annoying is having to clean the filter after each use as there can be a lot of excess grinded beans left over. Would recommend this product none the less.

Great price, great coffee.
Really great coffee maker. Very happy. It grinds beans but can also use pre-ground so best of both worlds. No need for paper filters which is good but a little messy when cleaning. It’s quick too. While it’s brewing you can grab a quick cup mid brew and it doesn’t drip into the hot plate. Keeps the coffee warm up to 40 minutes and can also be set to grind and brew with a timer so set it the night before and it’s done for the morning.

Great value
After many years our old coffee machine , packed up , so we started the hunt for a machine that just simply brews coffee from beans or grinds, this machine fits the bill, it’s simple to use , doesn’t take up half the worktop.oh and it brew great coffee, depending on starting with quality ingredients.
It’s quite and quicker that most with a choice of strength , brilliant value for money why pay extra for functions you don’t need

Good coffee maker - perfect for home office
Great coffee maker - simple to set up, nice aromatic coffee (once you use good beans!). Would like “keep warm” function to be longer than 40 mins, but that is a minor quibble, and is probably quality related! I make the min - 4 cups, which is equal to 2 mugs of coffee - perfect to get me started of a day!

Very happy with product
Bought for Fiancée who loves coffee. Very happy with results. Makes a minimum of 4 cups, but keeps any unused coffee warm for that all important second cup in the morning. Have set it up in our home "office" and it's great to have the smell of freshly ground coffee in the mornings.
