Great Machine, Excellent Coffee
I purchased this machine after using a more manual model for 2 years, and I have to say that it's a huge improvement. It heats up ready to make espresso within a few seconds, and includes various automation features like milk frothing, milk spout cleaning and self-cleaning that take a lot of the manual labour out of making coffee. I usually make lattes, and the results are just as good, if not better than, my previous machine.
Overall I'd highly recommend the Bambino Plus if you buy your own coffee grounds, or grind your own, and would prefer that you just hit some buttons to get a very good coffee rather than jumping through a bunch of hoops doing it yourself.

Great Coffee
There is no doubt this machine makes very nice coffee however it’s a very needy machine. It needs to be descaled and cleaned regularly both of which procedures are a bit of a faff. The machine I have currently is a replacement machine as the first ceased to function properly however the company Sage replaced it eventually after an unsuccessful trip back to Germany to fix the original machine. It’s a good machine though and needs the Sage grinder to accompany it.

Great coffee but irritating features
This coffee machine makes great coffee and I would have rated it as a 5 star machine except it needs very regular cleaning that requires tablets that must be purchased from the manufacturer which increases expense and irritation especially when the cleaning programme activates in the middle of making coffee. There should be a way to bypass the programme or at least the machine should indicate that cleaning is required as soon as the machine is switched on.

Love our Sage Bambino
Delighted with this purchase. Never enjoyed the pod coffee so it's great to have a 'proper' cup of coffee again. Takes more time to make but that makes the results all the more enjoyable. The extra time is worth it!
One negative is the material it's made with - would be good if it was a bit sturdier.

Solid starter espresso machine. For the price you can expect some great coffee if you are willing to learn the machine. Especially great for milk drinkers with the steam wand. It does not have all the features of an expensive espresso machine - but if you do not need it this is a good buy.

Excellent Product. Coffee shop quality at home
Bought this product 1.5 months ago. First time user of coffee machine at home. Found it very intuitive and easy to use. Machine is self cleaning which saves a lot of hassle. I really feel that quality of coffee i get to enjoy at home now is better than at most places around.
