Pursuant to section 4.58A of the Consumer Protection Code, Harvey Norman Trading (Ireland) Limited (Harvey Norman) discloses the following information in relation to commissions earned on the sale of Product Care to consumers from AWP P&C SA- Dutch Branch trading as Allianz Partners Europe (Central Bank of Ireland Number C71932) (Allianz):

Harvey Norman earns a commission average of 37% on the sale of a Product Care premium to consumers.

There are no other commissions, fees, reward or other renumeration paid to Harvey Norman by Allianz for the sale of a Product Care premium.

Harvey Norman may receive additional revenue as:

  • Allianz may in its sole discretion decide to purchase a replacement product from Harvey Norman to fulfill a claim under a Product Care policy. Harvey Norman does not have any influence on Allianz's determination on whether to provide this outcome to consumers.

  • Allianz may in its sole discretion request Harvey Norman to conduct an assessment or repair for a branded product under a Product Care policy for which an assessment/repair fee is paid to Harvey Norman. Harvey Norman holds specific branded service provider accreditation to provide these services under specific manufacturer warranties.
