We love our new Samsung RF65DG9H0EB1 fridge!
We absolutely love our new Samsung RF65DG9H0EB1 American Fridge Freezer. The first thing that stands out is the incredible amount of space – it easily fits all our groceries with room to spare, and the layout makes everything easy to find.
The technology is also impressive. The temperature controls are precise, it cools quickly, and the smart features make it feel really modern and efficient. You can tell Samsung has put real thought into both functionality and design.
On top of that, the sleek look of the fridge instantly upgrades our kitchen – it’s clean, stylish, and has that premium feel you’d expect from Samsung.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier. It’s the perfect combination of space, tech, and style – highly recommended!

Very limited functionality
All AI functionality for food recognition is a joke. The instructions say to put items in the fridge slowly and one at a time. This is exactly how everyone uses the fridge.... The camera does not recognise barcodes to identify the product. Which would definitely make it easier to collect a database about the products.
The tablet, despite being on Android, has strong limitations. It is impossible to install other applications than those enabled by samsung. In my case, only four apps available, which are completely unusable. Probably sponsored... Forget about any kind of fridge exploitation in Home Assistant. You can't control the tablet remotely in any way. There are only 4 available entities. And they could at least add volume and screen control so you can automate the screen. Adding the ability to install the WallPanel app for HA would solve most of the problems.

Excellent feautures and spacious fridge
Awesome awesome purchase. The spacemax technology enables the storage of groceries in a way that there is no wastage of space. The touch screen is very fast and performs brilliantly. Though the AI for food detection needs a bit of update as it does scan the useby date wrongly. Absolutely loved the beverage center as I always have natural flavoured water either of mint or lemon ready. There is also an option of toggling the freezer to a friege which is a massive advantage. There is nothing which I dont like about my fridge

Huge Capacity, Fabulous Technology
The capacity is more than enough for our 4 person family needs. The touch screen interface is very easy to use and has many useful apps and technology bult in. Being able to set cooling temperatures and view contents from our phones is invaluable using the Smart things app. We particularly love the ice bites and cube automated system and the in built beverage centre is a fabulous extra.

A Smart and Stylish Addition to Your Kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Family Hub RF65DG9H0EB1EU for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The AI Vision Inside feature is incredibly useful—I can easily manage my food inventory and get recipe ideas. Plus, the sleek black design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen. The family hub is great we use it to manage food in the fridge, planning meals and shopping by creating shopping lists. The beverage centre is great now we don’t buy bottle water all the time we just use this, coupled with the automatic ice maker it’s a hit with the family. Being a French door design you have the flexibility to change one section from freezer to fridge .. very handy

Fabulous Fridge Freezer!
What a fabulous fridge, it's the first " French Style " fridge and it's great. very visible to check what's in there and such a large space to accommodate everything. The drinks compartment is very good too with the option of the auto refill jug and the water dispenser.
Love the fact there is the option to change the other half of the freezer back to a fridge if needed! Hubby is still going through all the techno features on the fridge - it's crazy that the AI can work out what you are putting in the fridge and when it needs to be taken out.
It will take a bit of time getting used to all the additional features this fridge has - our old Samsung fridge which eventually gave up just before Christmas was 18 years old. I am hoping that this one lasts just as long!

Amazing product features
This fridge freezer is totally amazing as it even informs you when products are out of date and asks for them to be removed. Beverage centre really saves time and money as you not have to open the whole fridge, so reduces temperature loss.
This product replaced an old Whirlpool American fridge freezer we had for 18 years and we do respect technology has moved on, but this another step further. Brilliant product and service.
