Not perfect but it does the job
There were issues initially where I was having timeout of sessions relating to this but for some reason it has stopped now. I currently get between 180-200Mbps DL / 100+ UL being about 3m above the router on the 1st floor of the house.

TP-Link AC600 Wireless Adapter
My 11 year old laptop lost wifi connectivity around 1.5 years ago. Before buying the TP-Link AC600 Wireless Adapter I had to connect via an ethernet cable plugged in to a repeater. This was not ideal and I frequently lost wifi connection. The TP-Link Adapter was very quick and easy to install. It was up and running in under 15 minutes and I have had absolutely no issues with it so far. I would recommend.

Good if stuck
Installed well but could not get it to log into our 5ghz network. Would automatically go to the 2.4Ghz one. May be particular to our network. Stable on the network but would prefer if it used the faster one.

Would not recommend
Device doesn’t deliver the WiFi speed as advertised. Best achieved was 72mbs. My other USB device runs at 144mbs on the same PC. Would not recommend.
