Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your Money I loved these Earphones at the beginning. However, after sometime I noticed that the ear pads started to break up and come away from the body. Then the cable insulation started to break down. What a waste of money these were. These are light use and always placed in case after use! There are better ones on the market and cheaper. Plus will last longer than these. So Be aware.....Don't waster your money. I never thought I would say this about a BOSE Product as I have purchased many. This has also happened to my other pair which is my Husbands and he only uses these to listen to the football when its on the radio!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing headphones especially when flying These headphones are truly amazing I purchased them for the noise cancelling feature which is phenominal however I was totally stunned by the sound quality. These headphones easily compare with with other top end headphones for sound quality but then they have the noise cancelling! When you are 35000 feet in the air on a long haul flight the engine noise just disappears leaving you to hear every instrument in the music and every voice in the film. The headphones are a little more expensive than most however they are worth every penny. An added bonus is to unplug the cable switch on noise cancelling an drift off to a quiet sleep when flying. AMAZING!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Right can lost sound For the past year I have loved these headphones. Sound Quality is really good, and noise cancelling works great. Especially while flying these headphones have been a saviour. However in the past week, the sound from the right can has gone absent. Tapping it momentarily brings it back, which means that its faulty wiring. I honestly expected more from Bose, especially at this price point. After a short search on the internet, I found this is a more common problem than I would have thought. I am disappointed in build quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING I just got a new pair of QC25 and obviously tried them on my way back home. SIMPLY AMAZING! It's like living in a post-apocalyptic world or in a movie where you walk in the street and you hear NOTHING . Was so strange! In the train I was even able to keep the volume of my music at a low-medium volume so my ears were not stressed with the high volume to compensate the noise of the train. I mean simply amazing. RECOMMENDED!!! So comfy and the sound they deliver is so detailed that literally I have changed the way I listen to the music now. GREAT BOSE!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointing Brought these in October last year after 2 weeks the right ear stopped working. I had only used them 3 times in the space of that 2 weeks. Took these back to the store and they agreed that they had a problem. They then gave me another pair, and now after 5 months they have packed up with the same problem. Due to the high price of these ear phones I have taken very good care of them, no knocks and have never been dropped. I am soooo disappointed in these. These were great while they worked. These clearly have a fault. I will never purchase another bose product again. Grrrrrr

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love the ANC but right cup died I love the noise cancelling, compact size, design and wear comfort. In particular the noise cancelling is astonishing. Having bought these I kicked myself for having stuck with Sennheiser for so long. Downside is poor build quality. I bought mine in November 2014, and the right ear cup just died. Appears as if it is a wire problem. Granted, I use them a lot for commute, but for this price you would expect better, especially as others seem to have had the same problem. Battery life is decent, although not as good as with Sennheisers, which stock two AAAs, one for each cup.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Work brilliantly. But... ...is there a way to add some functionality to help aid battery life. I often forget to turn it off quiet mode as I use them at my desk at work. Could you have an 'auto-off' (from quiet mode) after a set period - 1hr, 2hrs etc. Then if you leave work and com ein the next day you'll still have some battery left. Noise cancelling works brilliantly but I feel you don't get a different sound (and I don't just mean because you're drowning out thrbackground) it feels like there is less bass. Comfort - Brilliant. Sound quality - Very good. Build quailty - Brilliant (5 months in and daily use). I had the same headphone before but without noise cancelling, still perfect after 5years but I wanted noise cancelling.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 3 pairs in 7 months I bought these in April and they lasted 3 months before the left ear cup failed completely. Got them replaced under warranty for a brand new pair that lasted less than 3 months until the left ear cup failed. Replaced these under warranty and the third pair lasted 1 month before the left ear cup failed. 3 pairs in 7 months, all with the same problem, can’t be coincidence. I really look after them and only use them on my long train commute, every day for 2 to 3 hours per day. My suspicion is that they have a weak point to rail vibration. Gutted because they are fantastic when they are working but no use if they are broken after a couple of months’ worth of rail travel. BOSE service has been great with no issues providing replacements but, in the end, I went for a refund.
