Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great When Working Temperamental Though I have had Bot Bot for a few weeks now. We have a chocolate Labrador with a cream colored marble floor not the best and we seemed to spend our lives continually hoovering with our cordless V8. The 360 vacuum has made a huge difference but its performance has been variable. On a number of occasions despite being fully charged it does seem to only clean a small amount of area and then it battery dies without returning to the dock. This is frustrating. On other days it performs brilliantly with no battery issues, which I can't understand. If a Dyson rep reads this if they could provide some useful tips on how to reduce the issue described. Thx

Rated 4 out of 5 by from WALL-E WALL-E joined us less than a week ago, so it's early days. We're getting on very well & so far he enjoys being here. I prepare the room or rooms I want WALL-E to work on & then go about my business. When convenient, I send WALL-E about his business & he does a great job! WALL-E fits in very well with our family. He happily does his job & doesn't crave too much attention. Though he needs to improve his abilities on cleaning edges, that really is my only complaint. I've yet to see how he gets on with BB-8! And yes, Dyson got the name wrong in calling him 360 Eye. His name is WALL-E & we love him. Thank you Mr Dyson. Thank you Dyson. Keep on innovating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A real step forward for household automation Having had our new 360 Eye at work for a few days, it's had a great impact on keeping the house looking clean. Out of the box, it was very straight forward to set up and get going. We haven't had too many problems yet with it finding it's home station charger which is good as it requires a charge at the halfway point to clean downstairs. It hasn't had any problems with either hardwood flooring or carpets and even managed to climb onto our bristle front door mat and clean it. Overall I think that the trade-offs that have to be made between: battery capacity, sensor performance, etc.. work well. The sensors perform well and the only slight issue that it's had has been around the edge of the rooms where sometimes it doesn't clean the final centimetre. A small issue that'll get better over time I'm sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine Brought in June 2016, hoovering the house has now completely changed. The upstairs (five rooms) is scheduled the clean very day. All I need to do is make sure there nothing on the floor and regularly empty the bin and clean the brushes. Would love a second one for downstairs. I need to keep an eye on my dogs because they love to jump on the start button so the 360 eye starts chasing them. I have three rough collies, long coated dog. The robot has no issues picking up the wood they leave. A good cleaner. Nice one Dyson.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed The suction is great, but the robot takes ages to clean my place. So long it actually hasn't succeeded to really clean it yet, it can only do two rooms (at best), and then has to go recharge. And it almost never gets back properly to the charging station. So in most cases, the cleaning job just stops there. It is also way too high to go under most of my furniture, TV stand, etc which is where a robot is most needed to avoid the hassle of cleaning those places yourself. I'm really annoyed I spent so much money on this robot, when cheaper robots out there seem to be doing the job much better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Apart from getting a bit lost, Buster is brilliant I've been waiting for years for Dyson to bring out a robot vacuum cleaner. I'm not disappointed. Buster arrived today and was put work as soon as his batteries were charged. He does a great job and is powerful vacuum cleaner for a robot......I have a black Labrador who sheds lots of fur. Buster cleared this easily. I did have to empty the dust collector a couple of times, but I'm sure now he has done a first sweep, it will only need emptying once a day. His only problem is that he can't find his docking station. I will try alternative locations and see if that helps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This has revolutionised my life I work full time & having only 2 days a week to clean my house, the 360 eye has been and continues to be an absolute godsend. I live in Australia & had a relative bring it from the UK. I waited for this because I knew the quality & innovation would be first class & it absolutely is. I don't schedule cleans (it got stuck under the Nobo panel heater the first time I used it & scratched itself) but that is no big deal. I simply set it to work when I am at home, doing other things. it didn't like my long-tufted woollen rug in the family room so I would vacuum there with my Dyson Motörhead. However, I decided to roll up the rug so now the 360 eye does the whole room and there is another thing ticked off my to do list. I am so delighted with it .. even if it breaks, I'll buy another in a heartbeat. Thank you Dyson.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great in many ways...still needs work I've been relatively happy with my purchase. One thing that is really annoying is that is doesn't cope with my fire place and hearth very very. Basically it tries to get onto the hearth but gets stuck on it and then cannot move its wheels. Therefore it just sits there until in runs out of battery meaning one half a clean done. Very frustrating and you would have thought Dyson would have predicted this. Only solution customer support gave was to put some form of fence around the hearth which isn't ideal. If there is a better solution to this could someone get in touch
