Rated 1 out of 5 by from OMG, I wish I listened to these reviews!! We have waited two months for this product to be fitted in our new kitchen. On Friday 8th February 2019 it was connected and I started cooking on it. It is now 10th and have cooked twice on the hob only to find that one of discs is already discolouring, black marks and a gold tarnish on it. Have not used the big wok ring have removed to clean only to notice that where the gold feet sit there are cracks/scratches on the glass on the main cask iron stands there are rubber feet! The hob is also extremely difficult to clean have tried a number of different cleaners. Sooooooo disappointed!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, can't believe how much we have spent on this product only to be disappointed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from broken ignitors and gaskets melted This is the 2nd unit we have had as 1st replaced under insurance with water damage. The gasket under the large hob ring has melted, presumably down to bad installation but its now broken and letting any spilt liquid into the internal workings. Also the igniter ceramic has cracked and is intermittent in lighting the hob which is now dangerous. where can i source a replacement gasket and igniter please? After using the hob we noticed that the disks had spots on..tried cleaning with soap and water but no gain...absolutely disappointed with this product...will be calling customer service tomorrow and also will call Trading Standards..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks good I got new kitchen two years ago all neff appliances as I cook a lot thought I would get best hob this was recommended as easy to clean and best to use I am very disappointed on every count it’s ignition now has failed and can’t get burners to stay lit so I am glad to look for another one and get rid of this one I would warn anyone not to purchase it .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lovely Hob except for the cast iron lattice I have had this hob for about a month now and happy with it except for for the cast iron lattice. The black seems to have faded when you put pots and pans on it and makes the hob look alot older than it actually is. I'm sure this should not be happening after only a month. I've only been cleaning it with a wet sponge and not even been scrubbing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gas discs discolouring and enamel removal I have only been using my hob for 3 weeks and have noticed the enamel has come off the edges and the gas Discs have got spotting on there which are really difficult to clean as they don't come off with a wet sponge. Surely this shouldn't be happening already after a few uses.
